KBL Hardwood

Indoor training sessions will be led by Kirst Brothers, Colin and Cole in a high energy lacrosse stick work training session for all position. This is a great opportunity for players interested in improving their stick work through 3x games, wall ball challenges, off-ball movement and hand-eye coordination utilizing the space of the half court gym.
